Hello Blues,

Weather update:  Tomorrow morning looks a little chilly,  Ages 11 and older should prepare for both in the water as well as dryland options. All other age groups we plan to be in the pool.

Mock Meet update:  Friday - 8:00am all swimmers.  Each swimmer will swimmer will do one event and a relay.  We could use some help from parents as timers.  If you can help please let me know.  We will be using Swimmingly, so it will be a good practice if you are a Timer.  Stroke Judges, if you are around and can come, that would be great practice.  I will need another day or two for the registration for that meet, so give me another day or two.  Meet should last no more than an 2 hours.

Willow Creek II Meet:  WCII is planning on hosting us for this meet.  They understand that some individuals may be concerned about large groups and have devised observation area for individuals that want to watch but would like to keep social distancing.  We are excited to kick the season off with them.  If you volunteered for this meet, please be on the look out for sign up from Stephanie Dix for this meet.  Timers and Stroke Judges we will run meets as normal, more to come from me on this.

Home Meets:  We will have three home meets this year: Heritage Greens, Homestead and Championships.

Key Volunteers Needed:

• Concessions Lead(s):  Need one or two individuals to take this on.  Much simpler than in years past as we are focusing on pre-packaged foods: Burritos, Muffins, maybe Chick-fil-A, drinks... but keeping it very simple.  Please let us know if you are interested.
• DJ: Looking for the next generation of DJ or DJs that are going to keep us a that super awesome level we have been in years past.  You know you are out there and the talent is just waiting to get out.  You just play songs during relays and some occasional slow times.  Only request is that we keep Chariots of Fire theme in the mix for the younger swimmers.   Please let me know if you are interested.
