Attached you’ll find the welcome letter and a pool map from our hosts this weekend, Heritage Greens (I’ve included key details below).

Meet Entries Due: Please remember to get your meet entries in no later than tomorrow, Wednesday at NOON!

Here are a few key details for the meet:

• Heritage Greens pool is located at 4814 E Links Circle, Centennial CO 80122
• Tents can be set up outside the pool area in the grass adjacent to the parking lot. Please move over towards the other end of the grass from the parking lot. There will be a sign posted in the grass for you. Forest Park- please set up on the southwest portion of the grass. Look for signage on the lawn.
• Forest Park Warm-Up - 7:20-7:40am
• Concessions will be cash and Venmo.
• Volunteers - Please see the attached letter for a timeline and morning meeting times.

JUDGES! We still need 2 more stroke judges!! Our two opposing teams are not able to supply extra judges so we need to fulfill our slots. Please consider stepping in if you are able/qualified.

Gear Update: If you ordered suits, they are here and available for pickup at practice any day this week. If you are waiting on a shirt/sweatshirt, they will be ready by Friday (I'll contact you to determine the best way to get it to you).
