Thanks to everyone who came out to the tri-meet at Heritage Greens yesterday. Good job swimmers!! And thanks to all the volunteers and parents who came and supported the team, the meet, and swimmers (we were done by 1:30! Not bad!)

Pizza Orders Due TODAY!

Meet Entries Due Wednesday!

This Saturday’s home meet we welcome the Green Oaks Gators. Please get your entries in for the meet no later than Wednesday (June 19) at NOON.
Each swimmer can sign up for 3 individual events, and indicate availability for relays. Remember to check the athlete schedule on Friday to determine if your swimmer was placed in a Relay!

Volunteers Needed this Saturday!

This Saturday is our final home meet, and we still need some volunteer positions filled. Please click on the “Job Signup” under this week’s meet to view positions. These meets cannot happen without YOU! We are a small team, and I know it feels like a heavy burden at times in terms of volunteer needs. Thank you for stepping up!!

Missing Suits!

Last week Kristie brought our second order of swimsuits to the pool. By the end of practice suit boxes were missing, and we are hoping someone accidentally picked them up. Please look at your gear and make sure it is yours (we are looking for two suit boxes with the names Ness or Hester).

Other Gear You Ordered...

Kristie has the rest of our gear ordered (non-swim suits) and is texting each family individually to arrange pickup. Please contact her (phone number below) if you are missing anything.

Prelims are coming! (July 8-11)

Prelim entries are open and entries are DUE BY MONDAY, JULY 1 at 5:00PM!
Prelims are open to everyone! Check the event calendar for your swimmer’s Prelim date. https://forestparkbluefins.swimtopia.com/swim_meets
The top 16 swimmers from each event progress to Finals (Saturday, July 13).
When you sign up for Prelims, PLEASE also sign up for a volunteer job. The league assigns each team certain volunteer assignments for each Prelim (and Finals), and we need to fill them! If you’re attending, please volunteer. If we don’t have roles filled by the entry deadline of July 1, Becky and I will force you into a volunteer position (don’t make us, we will!!)
Stroke Judges - No one else will qualify for this position but YOU! We need you to fill those spots.

NO PRACTICE - July 3-5
July 8-11, Prelims (Limited practice this week, watch for details coming later)
July 13 - Finals!
July 13, 6:00-8:00pm - Team Banquet at the Pool (Sugar Rush Plus!)
