Hello families of 11-12 Prelim swimmers!

Below is information for the meet tomorrow (Thursday, July 11):

Parent Reps: These wonderful parents will be serving as Parent Reps during the day: Heather McInally, Tammy Landgren, Pam Born, Becky Shew. If you have a concern or dispute regarding a time or DQ, one of them acting as parent rep can take the concern to the host team. The McInally's will also bring the volunteer name tags (so check in with Heather/Kevin when you arrive). 

Parent Reps - Keep your ears open during the meet in case you are called to the starter tent (would rarely happen! Only if they are missing a FP volunteer, or there is a swim off because of a tie). A coach should attend the Scratch Meeting (7:00am) if FP has scratches.

Pool Location: Homestead Farm II, 7675 S Krameria St, Centennial, CO 80112

Warm-Ups: 7:05am, Lanes 1-2

The McInally's are bringing a tent, with the Blue Fins banner. There will be room for additional tents. (See map linked above for our team tent spot. The FP spot is south of the pool, and east of the tennis courts).

Volunteers: Below is a reminder of your positions tomorrow. Please check in with either Heather McInally or another parent rep when you arrive, and grab your name tag.

Timers - don’t forget you must attend the Timers morning meeting (7:45 at the Starter Tent).

Championship Week Guidelines and Finals Placement: Last but not least, please see the attached letter from the league regarding championship week guidelines and scoring/placement for Finals.
