Remember that meet entries for our 6/7 meet at Stonegate are due WEDNESDAY at NOON! (If you do miss the deadline- please let a coach or Sarah know ASAP by end of day Wednesday!)

Meet Info for Stonegate - 6/7
Hello Forest Park,
We are looking forward to a fun tri-swim meet with your team and Bow Mar this Saturday!
Our pool address is: 10252 Stonegate Pkwy Parker, CO 80134. Parking for the meet is available in the middle section of the pool parking lot (west of the pool), and street parking is also available all around the pool and adjacent park on Stonegate Parkway and Quarry Hill Drive. We ask that your families stay clear of driveways and are respectful of the homes and yards of residents around the pool. Please refer to the attached map for more information.
Here are some other important information for the upcoming meet:
- Tents for your team can be set up in the big grass field to the north of the pool. Please refer to the attached map.
- We will rope off our meet area for swimmers to stay inside of. Our diving board and waterslide pools will open at 9:00 am to non-swim meet attendees and we ask that your swimmers do not enter that area or pools at all during the meet.
- Forest Park warmup time is 7:25-7:50 am in the main pool (Lanes TBD once swimmer count is finalized).
- The scratch meeting will be held by the baby pool at 7:20 am.
- The Stroke Judge meeting will be at 7:30 am and the Timer meeting will be at 7:40 am - both at the white official's tent. We ask that all Timers and Stroke Judges for all shifts attend the morning meeting to facilitate easier transitions during shift changes.
- Heating will begin at 7:50 am before the National Anthem at 7:55 am, and the meet will start promptly at 8:00 am.
- Our concessions work with a ticket system. $1/per ticket. Tickets can be purchased at the meet next to the concessions area via cash or Venmo: @SGStingrays
- We do our volunteer shift changes at 8:00 am, 10:00 am, and 12:00 pm and ask volunteers to arrive 10 minutes ahead of time for their shifts.
- For volunteer shifts, Timers can check in with our Lead Timer Chris Allen before the start of their shift. Heating volunteers can check in with our Heating Coordinator Sara Crain before the start of their shift for specific lane assignments.
- We will post meet results to SwimTopia as they become available.

Looking Ahead - Reminders for Next Week!
- Place Pizza Orders by Monday, June 9! Our first team dinner (on June 13) will be pizza dinner and games in the park. For $20 you can get either a pepperoni or cheese large pizza (10 slices) and 4 sodas. We will accept cash, check, or Venmo when you arrive. - Entries for Home Meet due Wednesday, June 11. As always, get your meet entries in for the week by Wednesday at noon! This will be for our first home meet, on Saturday June 14.
- Team Photos and Pool Party: Thursday, June 12. On Thursday, June 12 we will have team photos at the pool (arrive anytime between 8:00-9:00am) followed by a pool party with donuts and games. (9:00-10:30am). No practice that day, including no Guppies practice.
- Team Dinner and Home Meet Setup - June 13. After our pizza dinner in the park, weather permitting we’ll do most of our setup Friday evening, starting around 8:00pm. Setup Volunteers- this means you! And anyone else who can lend a hand, we appreciate it!
- You can set up your personal tents and gear (or just drop them off and save your spot) Friday evening as well.
