Immediate Action Items! Meets, T-Shirts, and Fish

Busy busy, Blue Fins! Here are immediate action items required on your part within the next 24+ hours...

Meet Entry Signup! Due WEDNESDAY @ 5:00pm

Don't forget you have TWO separate meets to signup for this week! (I recommend logging into Swimtopia to double check your entries this first time around!)

Mock Meet (Friday, May 29, 8:30-10:30am)

If your swimmer needs a coach in the water with them for an event, please indicate this in the “notes for coaches” section.

Away Meet @ Hunters Hill (Saturday, May 30, 9:00am)

Reminder this is a Sprint Meet format! (All others will be regular length).
Regular meet limits apply: 3 individual events, 2 relay events
Make sure to indicate if your swimmer is available for relays (“early relays” are the first events of the day, “late relays” are the final events of the day and are estimated to occur this Saturday between 11:00-12:00).
If your swimmer needs a coach in the water with them for an event (which is OK!) please indicate that in the “notes for coaches” section.

Big Fish/Little Fish Opt-In: Due WEDNESDAY

This is our swimmer “mentorship” program! We pair up a seasoned swimmer with a younger/newer swimmer to help cheer on, encourage, guide, and make some new connections and friendships on the team. Likewise, the younger swimmer cheers on their Big Fish and learns a lot about being a Blue Fin and a member of the swim team! The idea is to connect and support each other and make lasting memories as Blue Fins.

New this year!! Each week you will have a chance to purchase a “candygram” to either hand-deliver or leave in their award box folder. We also have a "creation station" available to make crafty items for your Fish. More info coming soon.
**Guppies do not participate in Big Fish/Little Fish**

Additional T-Shirt Purchase: Due FRIDAY

Every family receives 1 free 2026 team t-shirt (green, with sponsors on back).
