We are gearing up for our AWAY meet this Saturday, June 13 against the Hampton Heights Hurricanes! Heat Sheet is attached, and will be available in Swimtopia on Friday as well. This meet is anticipated to wrap up between 1:00-1:30pm.

Our Warm-Up time is at 7:15am; Meet starts at 8:00am.

**Relay Notes** Please remind your relay swimmers they must swim in the order they are placed! Any adjustments to relays must be done before the meet begins, by coaches, at the scratch meeting.

The Hampden Heights Hurricanes are looking forward to hosting your team on Saturday, June 13!

Location & Parking: We are located a couple of blocks north of Hampden on Dayton,3311 S. Dayton St., Denver 80231

Our pool & parking lot will be on your left shortly after the stop sign. We have a good-sized parking lot right in front of our pool, and we will have 2 reserved parking spots for your team (coach & parent rep). If the lot is full for others, additional parking can be found on the neighborhood streets surrounding the pool; we ask that folks stay clear of driveways. 

Tents: You will have the entire area to the left after you enter for team and family tents.

**We know it is tempting, but we ask that your little ones not dig in the sand volleyball court or pull on the volleyball net.** 

There is a playground and sandbox in the northeast corner of the pool property. In addition, please help preserve our furniture by making sure Sharpie marker is only used for a small event "mark-up" and not for giant back tattoos! :) Thank you!

Volunteers: We run 2 volunteer shifts and switch at event 45. 

Concessions: We will provide water and snacks for your volunteers. Your coaches can get a complimentary breakfast item or lunch; they can just let the volunteers know they are a coach. Concessions will accept cash or Venmo payments.

Timeline: We would like to work on the following timeline:

6:45 - 7:15 Hampden Heights swimmers warm up

7:15 - 7:45 Visiting swimmers warm up

7:30 Scratch meeting - at the building by the main entrance. FYI... The scratch meeting will run event -by- event. For any relay substitutions, please be prepared with the names of any swimmers that will be swapping into relays.

7:40 Stroke Judges and Timers from 1st and 2nd shifts meet near the starter tent with our Starter Ref.

7:45 Parents and coaches start rounding up swimmers for the relays and send them to heating in the fenced-in baby pool area. Please get the 6&Us directly behind the blocks for Events 1 and 2.
