Friday, June 26, 6:00-8:00

• Full dinner provided by Olive Garden!!
• PLEASE rsvp by Tuesday June 23 so we can plan for food. (Gluten Free option available, please indicate this so we can plan).
• Any donations will go directly to the team! (Cash or Venmo)
• Suggested donations: $5/person or $20/family
• Swimming allowed! 
• Meet setup starting at 8:00pm (You may stash your tents and stuff off to the side near a fence, but please don’t set up or save spots until 8pm).

Thursday, June 25 - Last Day of Guppies!

• Good job this year, Guppies! Be sure to grab your gift bag after your last practice!
• (Don't forget there is no Guppies on June 24)

Friday, June 26 - Pancake Breakfast Day!

• After your regularly schedule practice, enjoy some pancakes cooked up by the coaches! (Gluten Free available).

Prelim Entry Deadline: Saturday June 27!!

• ALL independent swimmers are welcome to participate in Prelims! It’s a fun way to sneak in one more meet this season.
• Top 16 swimmers from each event advance to Finals on July 11. (17th and 18th places are alternates)

Extra Practices: June 29-30

We will have limited practice next week for those who want to get some extra swimming in! On June 29-30 we will hold practices during the following times:

• Ages 11-18: 7:30-8:15am
• Ages 6-10: 8:15-9:00am

Please note: We do not recommend this for swimmers who need support in the water, due to limited coaching staff. 

(NO PRACTICE July 1-3)

Prelims Week Practices: July 6-9

Practices will still be held July 6-9, with an altered schedule (all independent swimmers are welcome, regardless of prelim participation):

Monday: July 6

• 11-12 - 7:00 to 8:00
• 9-10 - 8:00 to 8:45
• 8 and Under - 8:45 to 9:30

Tuesday: July 7

• 13 and Older - 7:00 to 8:00
• 11 - 12 - 8:00 to 9:00
• 9 - 10 - 9:00 to 9:45

Wednesday: July 8

• 13 and Older - 7:00 to 8:00
• 11 - 12 - 8:00 to 9:00
• 8 and Under - 9:00 to 9:45

Thursday: July 9

• 13 and Older - 7:00 to 8:00
• 9 & 10 - 8:00 to 8:45
• 8 and Under - 8:45 to 9:30

Friday: July 10 NO PRACTICE

Saturday, July 11 - Finals (at Stonegate)

July 11 - End-of-Year Awards and Party!
