Here are a few mid-week reminders for you... 

THURSDAY: Last Day of Guppies (6/25)

• Great job this year, Guppies! Be sure to grab your gift bag after your last practice! We are so proud of you :)
• If any Guppies would like to swim in a Guppies Race during our home meet this Saturday (June 27, around 10:00ish), please let us know here! 
• We hope to see you at our End-of-Year Awards and Dinner party on July 11, 5:30-8:00pm!

FRIDAY: Pancake Breakfast Day! (6/26)

• After your regularly scheduled practice, enjoy some pancakes cooked up by the coaches! (Gluten Free available).

FRIDAY: Olive Garden + Swimming + Meet Setup (6/26)

• 6:00-8:00pm, Full dinner provided by Olive Garden!! (Gluten Free pasta available)
• Any donations will go directly to the team! (Cash or Venmo). You can Venmo ahead of time to @Sarah-North-13 (Suggested donation: $5/person or $20/family)
• Consider bringing your own chairs for dinner, as seating will be limited. 
• Swimming allowed! 
• Meet setup starting at 8:00pm (You may stash your tents and stuff off to the side near a fence, but please don’t set up or save spots until 8pm).

**If anyone is available to come early at 5:30 I would appreciate the help setting up tables, tents, and chairs for our dinner. BONUS: This is equipment we'll need set up for the meet the next day anyway! Thanks for stopping by and lending a hand if you're able**

SATURDAY: Last meet of the season! (6/27)

• Our final regular season meet is at home! We will be welcoming the Green Oaks Gators.
• We are planning on parent and coach relays at the end of the meet. If you'd like to swim in a relay, please simply reply and let us know!

SATURDAY: Prelim Entry Deadline! (6/27)

• ALL swimmers are welcome to participate in Prelims: 
  • Age 13-18, July 6 @ Cherry Creek Vista
  • Age 6/8&Under, July 7 @ Homestead
  • Age 9-10, July 8 @ Heritage Greens
  • Age 11-12, July 9 @ Homestead Farm II
• Swimmers must have participated in at least 2 regular season meets. If Saturday will be your second meet, you may register for prelims after the meet has closed. 
• See the prelims schedule, locations, and sign up by June 27: https://forestparkbluefins.swimtopia.com/swim_meets
• Top 16 swimmers from each event advance to Finals on July 11. (17th and 18th places are alternates)
• Volunteer Requirement: If you have a swimmer participating in Prelims/Finals, you are asked to sign up for a volunteer shift. These are shifts are assigned to us by the league and we must fill them! I will put you in a spot if needed!

JUNE 29-30: Extra Practices!

We will have limited practice next week for those who want to get some extra swimming in! On June 29-30 we will hold practices during the following times:

• Ages 11-18: 7:30-8:15am
• Ages 6-10: 8:15-9:00am

Please note: We do not recommend this for swimmers who need support in the water, due to limited coaching staff.

(NO PRACTICE July 1-3)
